Traditional New England Style
Traditional style represents a broad and popular spectrum here in New England. There is no question that everywhere we turn we see echoes of our well-rooted architectural heritage – even in our newest homes and kitchens. Fortunately, this does not mean a sameness, because New England history reflects many twists and turns in architectural style, from early colonial to Victorian to Craftsman and beyond.
Vintage Kitchens Interpretation
One of our real strengths at Vintage Kitchens is the ability to design new kitchens that are very good style fits to the homes they go in, and here in New England that often means a degree of traditional style. Yet, this could be anything from strict period styling on one hand to cutting-edge interpretations of traditional designs on the other hand. We also take pride in our ability to make even the most period styled kitchen perform like the brand new kitchen that it actually is, as it should!
